Tuesday October 12, 2010:

So far is going great!!! Today I did all my stretches including the wonderful FOAM ROLLER!!!

I love that freaking think!!! I focused on doing most of my drills one leg at a time.

B1 Golf Specific.

I'm back doing my Yoga routine and it feels great. Today was first day of my Medicine Ball Routin. My right shoulder still a little tender but getting better. Tomorrow I have an appointment with my physical therapist to continue my shoulder treatment. I'm just going 30% and hope to increase the intensity of my workouts to around 50% next week.

This morning I had my Egg White no cheese omelette, Cup of Activia yogurt with blackberrys, one english muffin and protein shake mix with OJ. First snack was a protein bar with bottle of water. Lunch I had one breast of chicken with a cup of brown rice and protein shake. Second snack was my protein shake with a bannana. Dinner white rice and chicken tenders with a salad no dressing and water. And I will drink a protein shake around one hour before I go to bed. I feel real good. Just need to stay focus and positive.

"I coach golf and what formula that seems to work well for my players is off season = more weight less reps...during season = less weight and higher reps.  Include a lot of stretches regardless of in or out of season."
