Now that I received the great news regarding my right shoulder I will incorporate Tom House Shoulder DVD exercises for the next 10 to 14 days as part of my Long Drive Workouts.

Once I feel my shoulder is pain free, I will begin to increase the intesity of my training.

I also received the rest of my Labs results and past everything with AWESOME colors. Regarding nutrition everything is going super well. A Flan here and there but overall is very good. I will forward my nutrition progress to Gabriel in the next couple of days.

Now that I have peace of mind regarding my shoulder can't wait to go full speed ahead with my training!!!

"I coach golf and what formula that seems to work well for my players is off season = more weight less reps...during season = less weight and higher reps.  Include a lot of stretches regardless of in or out of season."
