On Monday October 4th. I had the opportunity to meet my new coach Gabriel Lopez and invested three days of physical training and evaluations. After we finished I learn a lot about myself and the areas I have to correct and improve if I want to win The Remax World Long Drive Championship in 2011.

Last year was my first year competing in the Remax Long Drive Circuit and made it to the World Championship in Mesquite, Nevada.

This year I was looking forward to go back to the World Championship but first I want it to win my Region.

Unfortunally pick the wrong day to have one of my worst performance. Didn't made the cut and instead of going out to another region and try to qualify for the World Championship I decided to end my 2010 season and work on my deficiencies.

I got in touch with Gabriel thru his website and he agreed to train me for the 2011 season.

Today is Monday October 11, 2010 first day of my new journey to a better player and Long Drive hitter.

Mon 10/11/10. A1 Strength Training Completed. Great workout - Finished every set and rep. A+ nutrition.

I will try to keep this blog daily to share with all of you my new training experience.

To be continue.........

Jake Stapleton replied to Dan Carson's discussion Exercise Question?
"I coach golf and what formula that seems to work well for my players is off season = more weight less reps...during season = less weight and higher reps.  Include a lot of stretches regardless of in or out of season."
