Hi Gabriel,
Its amazing to see guys like Vijay going through your workouts with such ferocity and ambition. It shows that you can really motivate and instil passion into your training and it obviously works. I look forward to learning from you as I am keen to develop my website golfinshape.com into a successful specialist golf conditioning service for golfers of all abilities. I truly believe that golf specific conditioning can pay dividends on and off the course for players and people are only starting to realise this.
Thanks, Great site btw
Brendan
Hi Gabe.
Great work you're doing with Vijay. He's looking very tough. Loving the video's of your training together. I have been using your idea's to train myself while i've got free time between my clients. Only been at it for a couple of weeks so looking forward to the gain's soon.
I was wondering if there is any chance of getting a workout routine so I've got a bit more structure. Working out isn't the issue, just about reps, sets etc etc.
Keep up the good work. Look forward to hearing from you. Until then keep training hard and i'll be doing the same.
Nick.
