Being on a high school golf team, there will be days where we will have meets. Just wondering how much I should exercise or work out during the golf season?

Permalink Reply by Jake Stapleton on April 25, 2012 at 12:42pm I coach golf and what formula that seems to work well for my players is off season = more weight less reps...during season = less weight and higher reps. Include a lot of stretches regardless of in or out of season.
